Unless otherwise stated, orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are business guidelines and may vary due to carrier capacity, customs processes (for international deliveries), peak periods, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Current shipping rates for this storefront:

• Orders of €50 and above: Free shipping
• Orders below €50: €6 flat shipping fee (shown at checkout)

Available delivery options and the final shipping charge for your destination are always confirmed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully completed. Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing time.

Tracking

After your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear after the confirmation email is sent.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. If a destination cannot be selected at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that location.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

This policy explains how to return items purchased from Xi'an Zhangfeng Hui Trading Department (vrenao.com), and how refunds and exchanges are handled. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

How do I return an item?

1. Contact us via our Contact Us page or email service@vrenao.com. Please include your Order Number and Billing Email (from your Order Confirmation email).

2. Select the item(s) you wish to return, choose a return reason, and select your preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit).

3. Submit your return request. Once approved, follow the on-screen instructions to send your item(s) back to us.

• As a reminder, it can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed after we receive and inspect your return.

RETURNS POLICY

Our return process is simple. You can return eligible merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with original tags and packaging. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund, exchange, or store credit is processed.

It can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

Unless we advise otherwise (for example, where an item is faulty or incorrect), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Important Information

1. Personalised and customised items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Made-to-order items are only eligible for return or exchange if they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition.

4.Sale items may be returned unless otherwise stated on the product page before purchase.

EXCHANGES

Where available, you may request an exchange through the Contact Us. Exchange availability depends on stock. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.

REFUNDS

If you return your full order within 14 days of delivery, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except any supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than our standard and least expensive option). We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back to our warehouse.

If you return any or all of your order after 14 days, but within the 30-day returns period, delivery charges will be non-refundable unless the products are faulty, damaged, or not as described upon delivery.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us promptly with your order details and photos where helpful. In these cases we will arrange a suitable remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) in accordance with applicable consumer law, and may cover reasonable return postage.
